Im looking for a machine that is similar to a planer.?

its a machine similar to a planer. you know a planer where you put long pieces of wood and they get trimmed. well the machine im looking for is similar but instead of having the blades it has those metal wire brushes. do you were can i buy one. sears harbor freight tools?
it is to add the details on the wood. to make them look natural. it think you use a roll of wire instead of the blades like a planer.
